The hair is absolutely gorgeous 😍, it’s so healthy and soft that I thought it was fake at first.
It came pin straight, so I decided to curl the ends to make it look fuller, another trick to make it look fuller is to braid the hair and press the straightener on the braid, then unravel the braid, it becomes more puffy and voluminous. Keep the heat of the straightener lower than the heat you use on your natural hair. I put oil on the ends to prevent split ends, it came with none !!
I ordered the wrong color and then contacted the seller to change it, the color got changed and the seller was super sweet, they even sent me a picture to certify that the right color was going to be shipped to me.

I bought the 14-inch 200 pack even though I’m using half of the set. the hair is real human hair, without thin ends virgin( i used the 1b). I’ve bleached it twice and dye it to my copper hair. perfect blend. when washed the hair turns wavy. can be styled with heat. great store, nice staf and professional.
