When I was ordering, I was concerned about the size . because size chart was not easy to understand, i give it short and order xl,I wear medium size shirt. And I order an extra large. I was happy that it fit me if it doesn’t fit me. There is no return level so I got lucky. It fit me. I like it a lot. The price was great.

Im positively surprise by this product. Exactly what i wanted. In the pictures i show a before, an after and with the belt. I ordered s/xs for my 65cm waist. The quality is really good and stretchy. It’s easy to walk and move in. I still didnt try working out in them but i dint think there will be any problems with it. It looks exactly like the pictures. The good thing is that you dont even have to use the extra belt to get your waist snatched. The belt is just an extra. It is definitely for daily use, but id first start with 2h a day then gradually increase the hours and eventually add the belt for extra waist cinch. Hope this helps 🙂

Haven’t tried it on yet but it looks nice. I did not realize the strap was removable from the trainer but that is a good thing. I will update if possible on if it cuts into my skin or not and how good it feels after a weeks wear
