its my first time using a waist trainer and ill say it really shapes ur body, the only thing to look out for is the size, im regulary a medium in clothes so i deciced to size down to a small which im glad i did but i could go all the way down to the last clasps so i really think i should of bought a xsmall. but other than that im really happy with my purchase !!
