The waist trainer is exactly as shown in the product description.
I purchased an extra large one and it fits me on the first row of teeth, but as I’m exercising the trainer appears that it will be able to go down without being too large later.
The second row of teeth really gave me an hour glass shape. *surprised*
The only con for me is the height (22.2 cm or 6.5 in). Perhaps I didn’t read it but it doesn’t arrive at the top of my abdomen. I need it to be about 3 inches taller, but I think as time passes that won’t be much of a concern.
Five stars for the sturdy quality and arriving exactly when it was estimated.

Normally I am size S but I decided to buy the XS, I do not regret it because it looks good. I wear it for an hour and I love the shape it gives to my waist. The fabric feels good and comfortable.
