Return Period

  • Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition of Returned Items

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging intact. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or altered.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance items, custom orders, and special promotions marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.
  • Products that have been altered, washed, or worn.
  • Products without their original packaging and tags.

Process for Returns

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team within the return period to initiate a return. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Approval: Our team will review your return request. If your return meets our policy criteria, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Shipping Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost returns.
  4. Inspection of Returns: Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return condition requirements.
  5. Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges on products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you wish to exchange such items.

Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returned items that are not defective or damaged, to cover processing and restocking costs.
